We pride ourselves in ensuring all of our livestock is healthy and well rested before it leaves us, once your order is received a member of our team will carefully select your item(s) and pack them into a bag, guaranteeing there is enough air and water for transit. The bag is then packaged into a polystyrene box with sufficient cushioning and if needed a heat pack. A copy of your invoice will be included in the package.

Our DOA (dead on arrival) policy for refund or replacement is a clear photograph of your item still in the bag, sent to us via email within 4 hours of you taking delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not available to take delivery of your item. The courier and service we use guarantee’s next day delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays on their behalf, but we will do everything possible to assist the tracking and delivery of your item.


Livestock -When you make a purchase from Jurassic Aquatics you can buy with 100% confidence. Each customers purchase comes with a commitment from us for the health of your animals and satisfaction of your order.

No hassles, just provide us with a photo of the item in the original unopened bag within 4 hours of delivery and we will happily refund/replace your item for you.
We cannot be held responsible for livestock once they have entered your aquarium. We can guarantee that any livestock that leaves our premises will be healthy and well rested- If on day of packing there is an unexpected problem with you order, we will contact you and give you the option of waiting for improved health or refund/replacement (if possible)

Dead On Arrival

Email us with a clear picture of the deceased specimen within 4 hours of delivery- DO NOT remove from original packaging or guarantee is void.

DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without our authorization, doing so will void the guarantee- voiding a refund/ replacement.
DO NOT refuse the shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee is void- Contact us ASAP.

Please note: We are an open shop, although we try to keep our stock levels accurate there may be some times when items sell online at the same time as in store, if this happens we will contact you and offer you a refund for that item or make an arrangement to have the item shipped to you when back in stock.
